Personal Blogging is Difficult
Even though Raise It, Clean It, Blog It is clearly not a blog I’m actively using, I think about it a lot. I’m unsure of what to write here, what to express, and the direction I want this blog to go in.
Clearly it’s a personal blog even the name implies that very aspect. But I’m unsure of what about my personal life to share. And not because I feel like I have a great deal to hide but because I don’t think anything is news worthy from my home.
Spending my days working and raising Zadey doesn’t leave much for something different to share.
There was a time when I’m Blogging That was my personal blog but at that very time, personal blogging was all I knew. Since this is no longer the case, blogging my life has taken a back seat. All this is to the dismay of those who are my personal friends and read this blog.
I’d love to chronicle Zadey’s life but let me be honest, I’m not comfortable doing that. Unlike private adoptions, Zadey’s birth-family is very aware of us and I’d rather not put her entire life out there to a bunch of strangers that like or not, feel like she’s a member of their family.
There’s got to be something to say. Or maybe I’ve just built some good rank on this blog and I should sell it to someone who can chronicle their life. My decision will come in time, I’m sure.
In the meantime, if you’d really like to see my serious side of blogging, feel free to check out I’m Blogging That!
